Third generation real estate veteran and Capital Markets / Investment Sales advisor Judd Dunning first started DWG Capital Group in 2004. A prior Top Ten Producer and Career Excellence Award winner, Mr. Dunning's career also included his collaborative creation and launch of the top 5 internationally ranked Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Markets Division in West Los Angeles as well as serving prior as Senior Investment Advisor Sperry Van Ness. During his tenure, West Los Angeles NGKF Capital Markets division went on to expand its Private Client Group to include a myriad of top tier Banks, Special Servicers, Private Family Funds as well as publicly traded REITS, Funds and Insurance companies.

Since 2004, DWG Capital Group has experienced superior year over year growth selling and buying millions of square feet of Retail, Apartments, Office, Industrial and Development sites and creating a myriad of successful joint ventures. Today, Mr. Dunning and his experienced team of real estate professionals manage a robust portfolio for clients in California and nationwide. The company proudly gives back to the communities in which it does business through a wide range of philanthropic endeavors. They also manage their own DWG CAPITAL PARTNERS FUND for their investors.

Former restaurateur and triathlete, Eddie Robles joined DWG Capital Group in 2020. Hailing from Apozol, Mexico, this San Jose State Alumnus has worked with several of Los Angeles’ elite. Upon arriving in the United States, Eddie graduated in the top 5% of his class. He invested his knowledge of Operations Management and became one of the founding partners of Tatsu Ramen, along with several other restaurant and furniture start-ups. His story is truly that of the American dream.

In his off-time, Eddie volunteers for P.A.T.H. (People Assisting the Homeless) and trains for his next marathon.

Andrew is a experienced investor, a CCIM / MAI certified appraiser and specializes in valuing highly complex properties in both core and transitional markets, including development sites, industrial sites, Mixed Use projects and Niche Assets as our DWG / MA private clients require. Andrew is also Mitchell Assets Head Analyst and a partner to Dax Mitchell as well as managing his own family fund. Andrew both in California and nationwide as assignments require.

Bryan Gortikov services all of DWG Capital Group’s loan requests for our partners via his company. Bryan has been an active investor in commercial real estate industry for over a decade, with a specific expertise in deal structuring and financing. In addition to his acquisition and consulting experience, Bryan has originated and closed over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate debt through his new venture, Gortikov Capital, as well as through George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, where he served as the youngest Partner in the firms 93-year history. Bryan’s previous endeavors include materials research & development at an early-stage biomedical startup as well as structuring and modeling of bespoke asset-backed securities at JP Morgan Chase. Bryan holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.

After many successful years in brokerage at Cushman Wakefield in Los Angeles and now also as a very active Developer / Syndicator with over 30 years of proven accomplishments, Kevin specializes in apartment, Data Center and Office and Retail Developments. Kevin, as a core member and Senior Investment Sales partner of DWG Capital Group as a broker / Partner recently listed a $55,00,000 office portfolio and acts as private advisor to several trusts and family offices. Holding license in both CA and NV, Kevin and Judd Dunning have transacted numerous successful sales together and are both pleased to offer their collaborative full service, real estate investment, development and advisory services to all their DWG Private Clients.

Kevin typically acts in a fiduciary role in the development of properties and was director of real estate for a $3 billion dollar new IPO. He has developed hundreds on millions of dollars of Office and Data center on his own account for his development company Telecom Services, including The $35,000,000 Carrier Center in Dallas, TX, the $73,000,000 Carrier Center in downtown Los Angeles and a $30,000,000 Sacramento Data Center.

After many successful year at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield and H&R Property Group, Ken specializes Acquisitions, Dispositions, Strategic Leasing and Development Ken has his own company Scott Affiliated and is member of DWG Capital Group. Full service, real estate investment, development and advisory veteran with over 30 years, Ken specializes in Retail and office sales as well as direct equity investments in commercial real estate and non-performing debt secured by real property for his own account. His own group also has a retail focused portfolio of more than 100 properties in which he also runs acquisitions for as investment cycles require.

After many successful year at various firms and many years as a developer and as an active developer now, DWG Capital Group Partner Kenny DeAngelis concentrate on sourcing unique transactions through strong local alliances. They are adept at recognizing niche and diamond-in-the-rough investment opportunities that are often overlooked due to temporary capital dislocations or perceived complexity. Kenny ensures his happiness by staying busy, and putting in old-fashioned hard work into chasing great deals. His love for real estate investment grew from the excitement he feels watching buildings transform from mounds of earth to a fully-actualized project. He is motivated by the excitement of the hunt, learning from and working with intelligent partners, and the reward of making good on his promise to deliver great returns to investors. Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PLLC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to our local community. Mr. Kelley chairs the firm’s real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales. Mr. Kelley’s real estate expertise includes transactional services for his clients ranging from commercial loan closings, real estate private equity capital raises, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing, business acquisitions and general commercial real estate services. Mr. Kelley routinely advises real estate investors about entity selection, corporate formation, risk assessment and other transactional needs. Victor Saponari is an Assistant Vice President at Quantum Capital Partners and DWG’s Debt Specialist where he is focused on originating, structuring and executing debt and equity placement across all property types. Before joining Quantum, Victor was a Senior Analyst at industry leader Lincoln Property Company where he assisted in the sourcing and underwriting of new construction and stabilized value-add acquisition opportunities in the Southeast. Before LPC, he worked as a Production Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southeast team marketing over $3.8 billion. Victor received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Boston University.

Harvey Pava is a Senior Director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop (WD – NYSE) headquartered in Bethesda, MD. Mr. Pava joined Walker & Dunlop as a result of the Deerwood Real Estate Capital (Deerwood) acquisition in January 2017. Mr. Pava is responsible for loan originations with a focus in retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, and industrial assets.Throughout his career, Mr. Pava has originated, underwritten, and closed over $1 billion in commercial financing transactions across all major asset classes throughout the United States.Mr. Pava holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. He resides is East Brunswick, NJ with his wife Devorah and son Ollie.

Robert A. Bianchi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He graduated from CSU Dominguez Hills in 1991 with a 3.85 GPA. Robert has also attended USC and Golden Gate University for advanced taxation curriculum in international tax studies and research. Robert is a distinguished speaker for the USC Marshall School of Business, providing instruction on Accounting Principles, Financial Visualization Tools, Business Plan writing and raising capital. Robert has provided tax, accounting, and management advisory services to a multitude of individuals and companies including SAAS, high technology, digital media, real estate, construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing and more. Robert Bianchi is the owner of the California CPA Group CPA, CFO and specializes in Business Development, and Finance Robert is passionate about leveraging financial perspective to improve business operations, and experienced in managing information technology and implementing automation to accelerate efficiency and reduce costs. His greatest skills are the ability to analyze investment ventures, and company attributes to make changes to build strong performances, loyal and supportive teams, which are key to accomplishing business success.
