JUDD DUNNING

PRESIDENT | BROKER

Judd Dunning is a veteran broker and Principal/President of DWG Capital Group. Since 2004, he has closed over $1B nationally in investment sales, acquisitions, and debt/equity assignments for existing and new developments. Most recently, Mr. Dunning received Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 Community Impact Deal of the Year Gold Award for the $160MM sale of the Sony Pictures Animation Campus in Culver City, which also garnered the CoStar Power Broker Deal Award. Additionally, he received an LABJ Commercial Brokerage Executive of the Year nomination in recognition of closing over $500MM in 2021 transactions.

Mr. Dunning launched DWG Capital Group after 7 years at Newmark Knight Frank/Apartment Realty Advisors’ West Los Angeles office. Early Newmark accolades include a promotion to Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets, and recognition as a Top Ten Producer and Career Excellence Award Winner.

Over his well-established career, Mr. Dunning’s core emphasis has been providing strategic, institutional-level advisory services for stabilized, value-add and distressed retail, office, industrial, multifamily and development assets. He maintains a superior roster of clients, including many prominent institutions, funds and private clients.

DWG Capital Group comprises eight seasoned industry executives with decades of combined institutional experience and numerous strategic partnerships across the nation. 

With locations in Texas and California, DWG team transactions include the sale of a $130MM six-property multifamily portfolio, a $44.65 million Inland Empire multifamily portfolio, a Blackrock/CAG California multifamily portfolio, a $55MM Las Vegas industrial/office portfolio (with debt//equity restructuring), as well as providing financing for a $130MM Malibu Ranch/La Paz Class A retail/office mixed-use development and $93MM debt/equity funding for a $140MM SoCal multifamily portfolio. In total, over 13,000 multifamily units were sold, as well as numerous smaller and middle-market industrial, retail, office, and development sales and debt/equity placements.

The team's primary objective is simple: to deliver the highest quality commercial real estate transactional investment sale and capital markets advisory possible for his clients via DWG’s seasoned, intelligent institutional-grade platform.

Mr. Dunning is married with two daughters; his greatest passions are family, faith, the arts, politics, and traveling for board sports.

With over 30 years in the commercial real estate business and real estate banking, Bob Perdue has the great depth of experience to execute local and multi-market transactions at all levels. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Bob makes sure that everyone of his transactions are innovative, creative and highly responsive so that all his clients / investors understand that although every investment is different, every real estate decision must to contribute to the highest benefit of their bottom line. Whether opportunity in the commercial real estate market appears abundant or few, Bob focuses both on the big picture and the smallest details. Bob Perdue operates throughout Southern California specializing in $3-$20MM middle market assets as well as being head of acquisitions for a nationwide student housing developer RAIL development.

KEN SCOTT

After many successful years at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and H&R Property Group, Ken Scott specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, strategic leasing and development. He has his own company, Scott Affiliated, and is a member of DWG Capital Group. A full-service, real estate investment, development and advisory veteran with over 30 years, Ken specializes in retail and office sales as well as direct equity investments in commercial real estate and non-performing debt secured by real property for his own account. His own group also has a retail-focused portfolio of more than 100 properties for which he also runs acquisitions as investment cycles require.

KENNY DE ANGELIS

After many successful years at various firms, and many years as a developer, DWG Capital Group Partner Kenny De Angelis concentrates on sourcing unique transactions through strong local alliances. He is adept at recognizing niche and diamond-in-the-rough investment opportunities that are often overlooked due to temporary capital dislocations or perceived complexity. Kenny ensures his happiness by staying busy, and putting in old-fashioned hard work into chasing great deals. His love for real estate investment grew from the excitement he feels watching buildings transform from mounds of earth to a fully-actualized project. He is motivated by the excitement of the hunt, learning from and working with intelligent partners, and the reward of making good on his promise to deliver great returns to investors. His key areas of focus are: Deal Sourcing, Acquisition Due Diligence, Capital Raising, Finance/Equity and Debt Structuring, Contract Negotiation, Development, Investor Relations, and Disposition.

ANDREW GI

Andrew Gi is an experienced investor, a CCIM / MAI certified appraiser and a specialist in valuing highly complex properties in both core and transitional markets, including development sites, industrial sites, mixed-use projects and niche assets as our private clients require. Andrew is also Mitchell Asset's Head Analyst and a partner to Dax Mitchell, as well as a manager of his own family fund.  Andrew handles national assignments.

KEVIN KEATING

PARTNER, SALES, DEVELOPMENT / SYNDICATIONS

After many successful years in brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles and now as a very active Developer / Syndicator with over 30 years of proven accomplishments, Kevin Keating specializes in apartment, data center and office and retail developments. As a core member and senior investment sales partner of DWG Capital Group, Kevin recently listed a $55MM office portfolio and acts as private advisor to several trusts and family offices. Holding license in both CA and NV, Kevin and Judd Dunning have transacted numerous successful sales together and are both pleased to offer their collaborative full-service, real estate investment, development and advisory services to all their DWG Private Clients.

Kevin typically acts in a fiduciary role in the development of properties and was director of real estate for a $3B dollar new IPO. He has developed hundreds on millions of dollars of office and data center on his own account for his development company Telecom Services, including the $35MM Carrier Center in Dallas, the $73MM Carrier Center in downtown Los Angeles and a $30MM Sacramento data center.

MARK ATKINS

INVESTOR RELATIONS | DUE DILIGENCE & ESCROW MANAGEMENT

Mark Atkins is responsible for investor relations and closings at DWG Capital Partners along with Emily Frazee. He focuses on multifamily and industrial assets. Throughout his career, Mark has originated, underwritten, and closed numerous commercial transactions across all major asset classes throughout the United States.  He has also worked as a Lument Capital as an asset manager and Bowen National Research as a Multifamily Research Analyst. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State's WP Carey School of Business and is a licensed real estate agent.
